Shipping Information

Your order will be packaged and shipped by our Brisbane based team within 2-5 working days. 

Our packages are shipped via Australia Post and their International delivery partners. 

For Australian based customers, all orders are shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post and include tracking. Standard Delivery times are 2-6 Business days for Metro areas. (Subject to Australia Post standard shipping times)

For International Customers, your order will be shipped via Standard Parcel Post (Tracking Included). For Standard Parcel Post, standard delivery times are 6+ business days, however recently International Shipping estimates have been much longer in some cases. 

Please note: Due to the impacts of COVID-19, Australia Post and their International Delivery partners are experiencing delays. We recommend allowing extra time for your delivery to arrive and selecting shipping which includes tracking to ensure you know when your delivery can be expected.
